The Springs Winter Deposit/Cancellation Policy (December 15th – April 30th):
A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking occurs within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit fee. If reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, full payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of initial booking are fully refundable. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows.

The Springs Summer Deposit/Cancellation Policy (May 1st – December 14th):
A deposit equal to the amount of one nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.  All reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 50% of the reservation total.  There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows.
