BOOKING AGREEMENT

Minimum stay requirement: 2+ nights. Minimum stays vary by season but are never less than two nights. Please call for details.

Winter Deposit/Cancellation Policy (October 1st - April 30th):
A deposit equal to the amount of one night's lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival. If booking occurs within 7 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit first night's deposit. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival, full payment is non-refundable.

Summer Deposit/Cancellation Policy (May 1st - September 30th):
A deposit equal to the amount of one nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. All reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 50% of the reservation total.

Snowbird (Monthly) Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
A $200.00 deposit is due at time of booking. The first month's stay will be charged to the credit card provided 14 days prior to arrival, and any subsequent months will be charged, each 14 days prior to their respective month. Any changes to the reservation must be made 14 days prior to the commencement of the month to which the changes apply to avoid forfeiting the cost of that month, which changes are subject to a $100 fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit first month's payment.

There are no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Reservations and deposits may be secured by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.
